Submission of rental applications, paystubs, bank statements, general documents, or identity documentation belonging to another individual without lawful authority constitutes a serious offense under both state and federal law. We work closely with local, state, and federal agencies to detect, report, and prosecute all instances of identity fraud. It is our priority to ensure the safety and security of our community members and uphold the integrity of our rental process.
At Summer House at Lake Apopka, we take proactive measures to prevent fraud. Our community employs state-of-the-art fraud prevention software, including digital identity verification and AI-enabled technology to authenticate supporting documents.
Please be aware that the reservation screening process may take a minimum of 3 business days (Monday to Friday) to complete. Move-in date requests that do not adhere to this minimum requirement will be rescheduled by the community, and additional costs may be incurred.
All applicants are required to provide necessary documents within the first 24 hours of submission to maintain their reservation status. It's essential to note that pricing is determined by various factors, including the selected move-in date.
